Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Eduwalls platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Eduwalls provides an operational infrastructure platform that enables schools to offer enrichment programs. We coordinate the placement of verified tutors, manage scheduling, and provide tools for attendance and performance tracking across multiple school branches.

3. User Roles and Accounts

Super Admins: Manage global platform operations, verify tutors, and onboard schools.
School Admins: Responsible for monitoring their school’s programs, schedules, and requesting replacements.
Tutors: Responsible for maintaining accurate availability, marking attendance, and fulfilling teaching assignments.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Platform Use and Multi-Tenancy

The platform is a multi-tenant environment. Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to access data belonging to other school tenants. Any attempt to bypass data isolation measures will result in immediate termination of access.

5. Intellectual Property

Platform: All software, code, designs, and logos associated with the Eduwalls platform are the exclusive property of Eduwalls.
Programs: All enrichment program curricula, materials, and lesson plans provided by Eduwalls (including Coding, AI, and Arts programs) are the intellectual property of Eduwalls and may only be used within the scope of authorized platform sessions.
User Content: Schools and tutors retain rights to data they upload, but grant Eduwalls a license to use such data for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

6. Coordination and Replacements

Eduwalls facilitates tutor replacements through an automated request and approval workflow. While we strive to provide high-quality backups for emergency requests (less than 24 hours' notice), we do not guarantee a replacement in all instances and are not liable for sessions cancelled due to tutor unavailability.

7. Payments and Fees

Schools agree to pay fees according to their selected tier and program subscriptions. Tutors are compensated based on completed sessions as recorded in the platform's attendance and reporting system. All financial terms are governed by individual service agreements.

8. Termination

Eduwalls reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to meet professional performance standards (for tutors). Schools may terminate their subscription in accordance with their specific contract terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eduwalls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or the conduct of tutors and school staff. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding six months.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Eduwalls harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from their breach of these terms or their use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
